"having completed a degree in ceramics many decades ago, i sort of fell out of love with art, and then i won a digital camera last year and the relationship was rekindled. having gone through the 'snap everything' and 'overcooked photoshop' stages, i am now in the 'what do i want to say?' phase of my photography. i suppose i'm at my happiest snapping away on the streets of brighton, lewes and london. i also enjoy exploring the strange, unguarded expressions that kids make and it's this theme that makes up my current exhibition."
